- Formation of Contract with Installer.ie
a) Placing an order through our website indicates your intention to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price, adhering to our Terms and Conditions.
b) Our ordering process is designed to allow you to review and modify your order before finalizing it.
c) Upon order placement, payment will be processed as per section 4, and you’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll then verify product availability and initiate order processing.
d) In case of any delay beyond our standard lead times, we’ll reach out to offer a choice between waiting or receiving a full refund.
e) Should a product be unavailable, we’ll decline the order and issue a full refund.
f) Note that once an order is placed, accepted, and dispatched, it cannot be modified. This doesn’t affect your cancellation rights as detailed in clause 11.
g) We recommend saving a copy of these Terms for future reference.
h) We reserve the right to cancel any contract and not supply products at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
i) Each successful order forms a separate contract under these Terms.

- **General Terms and Communication
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires producers to be responsible for the financing of the treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of WEEE from 13 August 2005. It means that final users of such household WEEE are entitled to leave that waste back free of charge, either to retail outlets in instances where a replacement item is purchased, or other authorised collection points, including local authority civic amenity sites, from that date onwards.
As in line with the Environmental Production Agency (EPA), you can bring back waste EEE (WEEE) and waste batteries to Installer.ie free of charge. Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Please ring +353 1 902 2969 to arrange a drop-off at our collection point. Installer.ie is a trading name of Home Cinema Installer IE Ltd / TA Installer.i Producer Registration Number is Coming Soon.
Returns & Collection (ROI only): Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
