Online Returns Policy

We’re here to support your return needs for online purchases that don’t meet your expectations. Please notify us within 14 days from the day after you receive your items if you wish to return them. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.

It’s essential to maintain the items in “as new” condition while they’re in your possession. This means they should be unused, in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging when returned.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once we receive the returned goods. Delivery costs will be refunded only in cases where the return is due to our error, such as receiving a faulty product. If you’re returning items due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note, a fee may be applied for items that have lost value due to unnecessary handling.

This policy is applicable exclusively to online purchases.

Repair of Faulty Goods


Items sent back for repair will be examined and fixed within a reasonable period, although this can vary due to factors outside of our and the repair service’s control, such as the availability of parts or inaccuracies in the fault description provided.

Should the items be found damaged due to misuse or accidental harm, you might be liable for charges related to labor, assessment, and/or shipping.

Please be aware that items capable of storing user-generated data, like files on a hard drive, contacts on a mobile phone, or music on a portable media player, might lose such data during the repair or replacement process. We advise backing up your data to safeguard against loss and removing any sensitive or confidential information, as those handling the repair may need to access the data as part of their assessment. We are not accountable for any loss of data.

Additionally, it’s possible that items brought in for repair could be substituted with refurbished equivalents, and refurbished components might be utilized in the repair process.

Goods Damaged in Transit


Should you receive any items that are damaged, we urge you to reach out to our Customer Support Team at customerservice@installer.ie within three days of their arrival.

It’s important that any damaged items are sent back exactly as you received them, complete with all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you are entitled to certain remedies when you experience a problem with a product you have purchased. A remedy can be a repair or a replacement product, a refund, a price reduction or you can exercise your short-term right to cancel.
