Items Available for Immediate Dispatch For orders received before 2pm on business days, most items that are in stock will be dispatched on the same day. Exceptions include larger items stored in our secondary warehouse, which may be dispatched the next business day.
Special Order Items We place orders with our suppliers daily. The delivery time for special order items can range from 1-2 days to several weeks, depending on the item and supplier. We will update you with the specific details of your order as soon as we receive confirmation from our suppliers.
Delivery Policies We utilize courier services (DPD) for all deliveries; no orders are dispatched via standard mail. To ensure prompt delivery, recipients must be present to receive and sign for their orders. Couriers are unable to leave packages unattended as they require a signature and printed name for delivery completion.
We recommend having orders delivered to your workplace or an alternative address where someone is available to receive the package if you’re typically not at home during delivery times. For workplace deliveries, be aware that the package may be received at the goods in, post room, or reception area, not directly to you.
Our couriers deliver throughout the business day, without the option to schedule specific delivery times. For deliveries in Ireland, DPD provides a text and email service on the delivery day, offering a delivery window and options for rescheduling if necessary.
If you’re not available for the initial delivery attempt, the courier will leave a calling card with contact details. You must contact the courier within seven days to arrange a second delivery attempt. Otherwise, the package will be returned to us. Please note, additional charges apply for a second delivery attempt.
Although couriers have your contact number, it’s not standard practice for them to call before delivery. The number is provided for their convenience and may be used if delivery issues arise.
For EU deliveries, we can exclude VAT for customers with a valid VAT number. Please contact us to arrange this. Orders shipped outside the EU are VAT-exempt, but you’re responsible for any duties and taxes incurred upon import.
Orders paid for by 2pm (Dublin time) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Please note, we only deliver on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Ireland Delivery Details For orders over €80: 1-3 working days with free DPD courier delivery, except for certain bulky items. For orders under €80: 1-3 working days, with a €7.50 DPD delivery charge.
Please be aware that our delivery estimates are based on items being available in stock, and actual delivery times can sometimes be quicker than expected. However, should an item be out of stock or an unforeseen delay occur, one of our team members will get in touch to update you on the expected lead times. While we strive to maintain accurate delivery schedules, some products from Installe.ie are subject to stock availability, and occasionally, delays outside our control may happen. Therefore, any delivery dates we provide should be viewed as estimates.
Upon delivery, you will need to sign to confirm receipt of your order. Once you’ve signed for it, the responsibility for the order’s contents transfers to you.
Please note, these lead times presuppose items are in stock. If an item isn’t available at our facility, we’ll promptly inform you about the revised lead times. Due to the nature of some Installe.ie products, they may occasionally be subject to availability issues, leading to potential delays beyond our influence. Consequently, any delivery dates we mention are best estimates.
If a delivery is delayed beyond 15 working days, you are entitled to refuse the order, in which case Installer.ie will issue a full refund for any payments made. Please understand that Installer.ie cannot be held liable for any losses, expenses, damages, or charges you might incur due to delayed or unfulfilled orders. At the moment your order is delivered, you will be required to sign for it, signifying that you then assume full responsibility for the order’s contents.
